Shipping Information

  • Delivery Area: United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping Costs: Orders over £125 have free shipping; orders up to £125 incur a £12.99 fee.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders before 18:00 (Monday to Friday, 10:30 to 18:00, Europe/London) are processed the same day. Orders after 18:00 or on non-working days are processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 8–12 business days from dispatch.

  • Carrier: UPS.

  • Tracking: After ordering, you will receive an email with order number and shipping details. Track via our website’s order tracking page using your email or phone and order number.

  • Receipt: Inspect packages upon arrival and report visible damage immediately.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders that have not been dispatched can be canceled immediately.

  • After 48 Hours or Already Dispatched: Wait for delivery and follow the return process for a refund.

  • Cancellation Process: Contact us via email or phone with your order number and payment proof. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a refund within 1–3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Validity: 30 days from receipt.

  • Conditions: Product appearance issues, quality defects, odor or color differences, incorrect items, or no specific reason.

  • Return Process: Contact us with order number, payment proof, reason, and supporting images or videos. Ship to the designated address. Once received and inspected, a refund will be arranged.

  • Exchange Process: Similar to returns, but replacement items are shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds: Refunds return to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: We cover costs for defective or incorrect items; customers cover shipping for returns without a specific reason.
